Samantha is a VCEI Communications Intern. She is intending to major in Environmental Science to learn more and advocate for environmental injustices globally. She is a part of many communities on the UC Berkeley campus including EOP, EOP STEM, DSP, SSRP and NAVCAL. Samantha is also a part of the Hispanic/Latinx community, was raised by a single mother, and is from Southern California. She finds it highly important to give back to these communities and strives to improve the rate of success within the underprivileged communities that she is a part of.
