Berkeley's Division of Equity & Inclusion engages, inspires, and supports faculty with a wide range of campus efforts. 

Our programs seek to increase faculty and student diversity, enhance teaching and learning, transform campus culture, and promote research for the public good.

Together with faculty members, deans, chairs, and other campus partners, we work to create inclusive academic environments where people of all backgrounds and experiences can succeed, thrive, and contribute to building a better world.
