Before his current role, Fabrizio worked as the Executive Director of CE3 and worked with low-income, first-generation, and underrepresented undergraduates at UC Berkeley as a Counselor and Director for 12 years in the Educational Opportunity Program (EOP). A counselor at heart, Fabrizio has matriculated through various roles at UC Berkeley, from his early days in student services to senior leadership. Drawing from his personal journey as a first-generation Latinx alumnus of UC Berkeley, Fabrizio’s commitment to equity and inclusion is not only rooted in his professional experience but also in his lived understanding of the barriers faced by underrepresented students. His work continues to reflect his belief in the transformative power of education and his dedication to ensuring that future generations have the support they need to succeed.
