Charge
The 2008 Steering Committee is charged with continuing the work of the previous committee with special attention to initiating the next round of call for proposals and evaluation priorities for the overall initiative. The 2008 Steering Committee will review and develop the previous application forms, timeline, criteria, and communication strategies in order to further encourage as broad an interest in developing innovation in staff development, diversity and inclusion at the staff level. The committee will also work closely with institutional partners and stakeholders such as Human Resources and sponsoring departments to achieve its objectives and influence longer term institutional support. Finally, the committee will provide a written report of its accomplishments and recommendations for the third cycle of BILD funding.
